We’re sorry to see you go! If you decide to cancel your subscription, here’s what you need to know.How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancellation is straightforward and can be done by any workspace admin. To cancel:- Go to Workspace Settings
- Select Billing or Plans
- Scroll to the bottom and find Cancel Subscription or Danger Zone
- Click Cancel Subscription
- You’ll see a confirmation dialog with what happens next
- Click Yes, Cancel My Subscription to confirm
What Happens After Cancellation
Immediate Changes
- Your subscription is canceled effective immediately
- You won’t be charged again
- Active billing period: You keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period
At the End of Your Billing Period
- Your workspace automatically moves to the Free plan
- All restricted features are locked (extra brands, products, team members)
- Your data is preserved but you can only edit within Free plan limits
Data Retention
Your data is kept safe for 30 days after your billing period ends:- All products, content, and workspace data remain in our system
- You can still view your data during this 30-day grace period
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Keeping Your Data
Before canceling, consider exporting your workspace data for your records. To export your data:- Go to Workspace Settings > Data & Privacy
- Find the Export Data option
- Select what you want to export (products, content, analytics, etc.)
- Click Download Export
- Your data will be prepared as a file (usually CSV or JSON)
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime. To reactivate:- Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
- Find Reactivate Subscription or Choose a Plan
- Select the plan you want (Free, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Click Reactivate
- Confirm your payment method
- Click Confirm
Grace Period
If you cancel and want to reactivate within 30 days, your data is fully intact and instantly available. If more than 30 days have passed, your data has been deleted and cannot be recovered.Before You Cancel

Don’t want to pay? Try the Free plan instead of canceling:- Still access your workspace
- Manage 1 brand and up to 100 products
- Generate content with 5,000 AI credits/month

Downgrade Instead
If cost is the issue, downgrade to a lower-paid plan rather than cancel:- Keep all your data accessible
- Pay less each month
- Upgrade again anytime

Cancellation FAQs
Will I get a refund if I cancel mid-billing cycle? No. Your subscription runs through the end of your billing period, and you’ll have access to your current plan’s features until then. If you need to discuss a refund, contact support. Can I cancel immediately without waiting for the billing period to end? Yes, you can cancel immediately. Your current plan remains active through the end of the billing period, but you won’t be charged for the next cycle. What if I have team members — are their accounts deleted too? When your workspace is canceled:- Team members lose access to the workspace
- Their personal accounts still exist, but they can’t access any workspaces
- If invited to another workspace, they can access that instead
What About My Invoices?
Your past invoices remain available in Workspace Settings > Billing after cancellation. You can still download them as PDFs for your records indefinitely. See Invoices and Payments for more details.Recovering Deleted Data
If your 30-day grace period has ended and your data was deleted, unfortunately there is no way to recover it. This is why we recommend exporting your data before the grace period expires. For prevention tips, see Data and Privacy.Still Have Questions?
