Invoices and Payments
All your billing information — invoices, payment history, and receipts — is managed in one place. Only workspace admins can access billing settings.Viewing Your Invoices
Your invoices are available anytime in Workspace Settings. To find your invoices:- Go to Workspace Settings
- Select Billing
- Scroll down to Billing History or Invoices
- You’ll see a list of all your invoices with dates and amounts
- Invoice date — When you were billed
- Amount — How much you were charged
- Plan — Which plan was active
- Status — Paid or pending
Downloading Receipts
You can download any invoice as a PDF receipt for your records or accounting. To download a receipt:- Open Workspace Settings > Billing
- Find the invoice you want in Billing History
- Click the Download icon or PDF link next to it
- The PDF will download to your computer
- Invoice number and date
- Your workspace name and address
- Itemized charges (plan, term, quantity)
- Payment method used
- Total amount paid
Updating Your Payment Method
Your payment method is how we charge you each billing cycle. You can update it anytime. To change your payment method:- Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
- Find Payment Method or Billing Info
- Click Edit or Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details:
- Card number
- Expiration date (MM/YY)
- CVC/CVV code
- Cardholder name
- Click Save or Update Payment Method
Payment Method Security
- We accept credit cards via Stripe — A secure, industry-standard payment processor
- Your card data is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all payment processing
- Your information is encrypted — All data transfers are secure

Currently, Alana Shopping B2B accepts:- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Billing Cycle & Due Dates
Your billing date is set when you first subscribe. Here’s how it works:- Monthly billing: You’re charged once a month on your billing date
- Annual billing (if available): You’re charged once per year
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each cycle unless you cancel
Failed Payment
If a payment fails:- You’ll receive an email notification
- Go to Workspace Settings > Billing
- Update your payment method (see above)
- We’ll automatically retry the payment within 24 hours
- If the retry succeeds, you’re all set
- If it fails again, your workspace may be limited to Free plan features
Billing Disputes
If you have a question about a charge or believe there’s an error on your invoice:- Review the invoice details in Workspace Settings > Billing
- Check the Plan and Billing Period to ensure accuracy
- If you still have questions, contact our support team
- Invoice number
- Billing date
- Amount in question
- Brief description of the issue
Tax Information
Invoices may include tax depending on your location. Alana Shopping B2B:- Complies with local tax laws — Tax is calculated and included where required
- Provides VAT/GST information — Available on your invoice if applicable
Common Billing Questions
How do I get an invoice without a subscription? Contact support for special billing arrangements. Can I change my billing date? Your billing date is typically fixed. Contact support to request a change. Do you offer annual discounts? Some plans may offer annual billing discounts. Check your plan options in Workspace Settings > Billing. What if I’m charged twice? This shouldn’t happen, but if it does, contact support immediately with your invoice numbers.Related Resources
