Getting started with Alana Shopping B2B is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to create your account and join the platform.

Step-by-Step Sign Up

Step 1: Go to the Sign Up Page

Open your web browser and navigate to:
https://app.alana.shopping/auth/signup
You should see the Alana Shopping B2B sign-up form.

Step 2: Enter Your Work Email

In the email field, enter your work email address. Important: We require work emails for Alana Shopping B2B. Personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) are not supported. This ensures your account is set up for a business context and allows for proper team management. Need help with email requirements? Contact our support team.

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After entering your email, check your inbox for a verification email from Alana. It should arrive within a few moments.
  • Look for the email titled “Verify Your Email for Alana Shopping B2B”
  • Open the email and click the “Verify Email” button
  • You’ll be redirected back to Alana to complete your setup

  • Wait a moment and request a new verification email from the sign-up page

Step 4: Set Your Password

Once your email is verified, you’ll be asked to create a password. Password Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 characters
  • Must include uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Must include at least one number
  • Must include at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Choose a strong password and confirm it by entering it again.

Step 5: Create Your First Workspace

After setting your password, you’ll be prompted to create your first workspace. A workspace is your organizational hub — it’s where you’ll manage your brands, catalogs, and team members. Here’s what you’ll need to provide:
  • Workspace Name — Give it a descriptive name (e.g., “My Brand,” “Retail Operations,” “E-Commerce Team”)
  • Workspace Description (optional) — A brief note about what this workspace is for
  • Industry (optional) — Select your industry to help customize your experience
Click “Create Workspace” to proceed.

Step 6: You’re All Set!

Congratulations! 🎉 Your account has been created and you’re now logged into Alana Shopping B2B. You should see your dashboard with your newly created workspace.

Troubleshooting

I can’t sign up with my email

Issue: The system says my email is invalid or not allowed. Solution: Make sure you’re using a work email address (company domain). Alana requires work emails for security and team management purposes. Personal email services (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) are not supported.

I didn’t receive the verification email

Issue: No email arrived in my inbox. Solutions:
  • Wait 2-3 minutes and refresh your page
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Request a new verification email by clicking “Resend Email” on the sign-up page
  • Make sure your email is spelled correctly

I forgot my password

Solution: On the sign-up page, look for the “Forgot Password?” link. Enter your email and follow the password reset instructions.
