Upgrading and Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades are effective immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading gives you access to more brands, products, AI credits, and team members immediately. To upgrade:
  1. Go to your Workspace Settings
  2. Select Billing or Plans
  3. Find your current plan and click View Plans or Upgrade
  4. Choose the new plan you want (Pro or Enterprise)
  5. Review the plan features and new price
  6. Click Upgrade to [Plan Name]
  7. Confirm your payment method
  8. Click Confirm Upgrade
Your upgrade is now active. You’ll have immediate access to the new plan’s features.

Prorated Billing for Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-billing cycle, you’ll only pay for the remaining days at the new plan’s rate:
  • Example: You’re on the Free plan and upgrade to Pro on the 20th of a 30-day month
  • You pay: (Pro price × 10 days) ÷ 30 days
  • On your next billing date: You’re charged the full Pro price
This is automatically calculated — no action needed on your part.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you get full value from your current plan. To downgrade:
  1. Go to Workspace Settings
  2. Select Billing or Plans
  3. Find your current plan and click Change Plan or Manage
  4. Choose the plan you want to downgrade to
  5. Review what features will be restricted (see below)
  6. Click Downgrade to [Plan Name]
  7. Confirm the action
Your downgrade is scheduled for the end of your billing cycle. You’ll keep your current plan’s features until then.

What Happens When You Downgrade

When your downgrade takes effect, features restricted in the new plan become locked, but your data is preserved:
  • Extra brands locked: If you’re on Pro (3 brands) and downgrade to Free (1 brand), brands 2 and 3 are locked — you can see them but not edit them
  • Extra products locked: If you exceed the product limit of your new plan, extra products are hidden but not deleted
  • AI credits reset: You’ll start your next month with the new plan’s monthly credit allotment
  • Team members: If your new plan has fewer member slots, extra members can’t log in — but their accounts remain intact
Your data is safe. If you upgrade again later, all locked content becomes accessible again.

Billing Questions

Do I get a refund if I downgrade? No, but you’ll have access to all features of your current plan until the billing cycle ends. Downgrades don’t trigger prorated refunds. What if I upgrade and then want to downgrade? You can downgrade anytime. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. Can I switch between billing cycles? Your billing date is set when you first subscribe. Contact support if you need to adjust your billing date.
