Brand Settings

Brand settings let you define who your brand is, what you sell, and how you want to present yourself to customers. These details not only help keep your workspace organized — they also directly influence how our AI generates content for you.

Accessing Brand Settings

  1. Navigate to Brands in the left sidebar
  2. Select the brand you want to edit
  3. Click the Settings button or gear icon (usually in the top right)
You’re now in the brand settings panel.

Understanding Each Setting

Basic Information

Brand Name

The name of your brand as you want it displayed. This appears in your dashboard and in documentation. Tips:
  • Use your actual brand name (not abbreviations)
  • This is what customers will see in your content
  • You can change this anytime

Description

A short description of your brand — what you sell, who you serve, or your mission. Why it matters: Our AI uses this to understand your brand’s focus and generates more relevant content. Example: “Premium office furniture for startups and tech companies” or “Handmade ceramics for home décor enthusiasts” Upload your brand’s logo image (supports JPG and PNG). Why it matters:
  • Helps you quickly identify brands in the dashboard
  • Makes your workspace feel more professional
  • If you have multiple brands, logos make switching between them easier
Tips:
  • Use a square image (minimum 200x200px)
  • Keep file size under 5MB
  • Use a high-contrast logo so it’s readable at small sizes

Business Information

Website

Your brand’s website URL (e.g., https://www.yourbrand.com). Why it matters: Helps our AI understand your brand’s digital presence and can be used when generating links or references in content.

Category

Select the industry or product category your brand operates in (e.g., “Electronics,” “Home & Garden,” “Fashion,” “Food & Beverage”). Why it matters: Our AI uses the category to apply industry-specific knowledge when generating content. For example, AI will use different vocabulary and standards for fashion vs. industrial equipment. Tip: Choose the primary category that best describes most of your products.

Brand Voice

A brief statement about how your brand communicates (e.g., “Professional and trustworthy” or “Fun and approachable”). Why it matters: This is a quick reference point for your AI content generation settings.

How Settings Affect AI Content

Your brand settings directly influence the quality and relevance of AI-generated content:
  • Description + Category → AI understands what you sell and generates product descriptions using the right vocabulary
  • Brand Voice → AI matches your tone and style (more on this in AI Voice and Tone)
  • Logo + Name → AI can personalize content and know how to refer to your brand in generated text

Editing Brand Settings

  1. From the brand settings page, click Edit (or double-click any field)
  2. Update the information you want to change
  3. Click Save
Changes take effect immediately. Any new content generated after you save will use your updated settings.
