your AI knows your brand

Alana isn’t a generic AI that generates content for anyone. It’s trained on your brand — your voice, tone, keywords, and values. When you ask Alana to generate product content, it doesn’t just create random descriptions. It creates descriptions that sound like you. Here’s how it works:

step 1: you define your brand

When you set up your Alana workspace, you tell us about your brand:
  • Brand voice — are you playful, professional, adventurous, minimal?
  • Key values and messaging — what matters most to your business?
  • Target audience — who are you selling to?
  • Tone guidelines — formal, casual, funny, motivational?
  • Keywords and terminology — specific words and phrases your brand uses
Think of this as teaching Alana to sound like you.

step 2: AI learns from your guidelines

Alana takes all those brand guidelines and builds a model of your brand’s unique voice. Every time you update your brand settings, Alana gets smarter about what you need.

step 3: you ask for content

When you’re creating a product and need a title, description, or bullet points, you click “Generate.” Alana reads:
  • The product details you’ve filled in (category, features, benefits, price)
  • Your brand guidelines
  • Similar products in your catalog (if any)
Then it generates content that fits your brand and your products.

step 4: you decide

Alana suggests, but you decide. You can accept the suggestion, edit it, request a different version, or reject it entirely. You’re always in control.

why this matters

A generic AI might generate:
“High-quality athletic footwear designed for performance-oriented individuals seeking superior comfort and durability.”
But Alana, trained on your brand, might generate:
“Fast shoes for people who move fast. Built tough, designed light, feels like your feet aren’t even there.”
The difference? The second one sounds like a real brand. It sounds like you.
